My Account and Credits
Personal Details
How do I change my name?
You can change your name easily on the Profile page by just editing the text boxes in the My Information section.
How do I change my email address?
You can change your email address from the Profile page by pressing Change Email in the My Information section.
I didn't get an email confirmation, what do I do?
If you have the Change Email dialog open, you can always press Trouble Getting Email?, then Resend Email to get another confirmation. Your email will also not be accidentally changed unless you finish the whole process, so there’s no need to worry about that.
What is the phone verification for?
We're building up our backend to support phone verification for additional security. This information will only be used for account verification and login purposes.
Credits, Transactions, and Billing
How do I add credits?
In the profile page, you can add additional credits by pressing Add Credits, located next to your current balance.
In a project, when you set your training time, Playform will let you know if you have enough credits. If needed, you'll be able to add more before you start.
What payment methods does Playform accept?
We accept almost any kind of credit card or debit card. We also plan to have Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other integrations further down the path.
What can I create without using credits?
We now have our Mix and Sketch processes that are free for all users and do not require credits. There is a limited amount of generations per month for free users. Upgrading to our Plus tier, however, allows you to generate an unlimited amount for Mix and Sketch, along with many other benefits!
Is billing secure?
Yes! All transactions are encrypted and go through Stripe. They are frequently audited and are trusted by millions of other businesses around the world. Feel free to read more about Stripe's security here.
Because transactions are handled by Stripe, Playform's servers never store any billing information. For saved cards, Playform simply displays the limited information that Stripe provides back to us (i.e. only the last four digits of your card, so you can identify it).
As with purchasing anything on the internet, make sure you have a secure connection on the site itself, by noting the closed lock by the address bar—indicating that the site is encrypted with HTTPS.
